De La Salle Medallion for Excellence (Students)

Each April, ²ÝÁñÉçÇø recognizes faculty, staff, and students with several prestigious Lasallian Awards, honoring these individuals for their commitment to the Catholic and Lasallian Mission and core values of the University. The Mission Recognition and Awards Committee of the Mission and Heritage Council is responsible for reviewing nominations from the University community and selecting honorees.

De La Salle Medallion for Excellence in Justice Advocacy

The De La Salle Medallion for Excellence in Justice Advocacy is awarded to a student who demonstrates an outstanding commitment to the promotion of justice and seeks to engage others in working toward addressing injustices.  

NOMINATION CRITERIA
An honoree will be a student who:

  • Promotes justice through participation and leadership in programs/activities
  • Spreads awareness of injustice and ways to address
  • Invites others beyond their own circles into the work for justice.
  • Known by others to promote the work for justice
